Roberto Prosseda’s is the third and final installment of his complete sonata recordings. We have been enthusiastic about the earlier volumes (S/O 2016, M/J 2018). Once again, Prosseda presents outstanding pianism and artistry. His interpretations are stylish and perfectly crafted, with many dynamic shadings and fine articulation. They are meticulous but never mannered and perfectly convey the varying character of Mozart’s sublime music. He certanly has reasons to be happy, having completed a recording of benchmark quality.
